TJ Keary

TJ has been a part of the Old Daley team for almost 17 years. He began his career as a busser and waiter before transitioning into further positions back of the house. He found himself learning everything from prepping to cooking. He is now in charge of production and management for Old Daley Custom Catering. Being a chef is both fun and challenging, but never boring, and he wouldn’t rather it any other way!
