Director of Marketing, Catering and HR

Steph has been a part of the Old Daley family since 1994. At that time her background included a culinary arts and restaurant management degree from Schenectady County Community College and years of experience at local restaurants. In the early years she cooked for the mobile food carts and then joined the catering division as the lead event planner in 2000. Since then, the company has grown 20 times in volume and has one exclusive event venue: Old Daley on Crooked Lake along with services offered at The EGG and Troy Music Hall. Steph’s main focus is in growing the client base while making sure to take care of those who have been loyal for so many years.  She works with our marketing and media consultants on branding and social media programs.  She also directs with menu design and overall brand esthetics, human resources and compliance. She rounds out her time with community fundraising and hunger initiatives.
