Marty came to the Old Daley in 1985. He and Jim Pettit were already great friends and Jim got Marty a job doing some catering. It wasn’t long before Marty realized how special this group of people was, and they immediately became his second family. The vibe of this collection of amazing people made him feel right at home. He found his love of customer service here and rose in the ranks to eventually becoming a partner in 2001. Marty’s favorite part of the business is being a gracious host and representative of the friendly, outgoing nature of Old Daley.

Marty, Jim, and Gene all share an amazing entrepreneurial spirit and love to collaborate and bring forth new and exciting elements and experiences for our customers whom we prefer to call friends.
